system for semiconductor testing
Measurement and data acquisition is performed with twelve Keysight 3446xA DMM's connected by ethernet to the data acquisition PC computer. Test info and acquired data are stored into the Microsoft SQL Server database for further processing. |

long-term device testing. System measures and stores device
current simultaneously on twelve channels with up to 5000
samples-per-second acquisition rate. Typical test duration is couple of
months.

Potentiostat - Galvanostat - Supercapacitor/Battery Tester
Instrument under development will contain eight independent channels capable of generating and measuring voltage up to ±10V and current up to ±2.5A. Goal is to develop affordable instrument capable of performing various electrochemical measurements where high accuracy and extremely low currents are not required. |

Digital multimeter data acquisition software
DAQ software accompanies Keysight 34461A digital multimeter. Acquires measured data at full speed (of up to 1000 samples/s). Stored data could be easily transfered to MATLAB (functions provided) or any other data processing software. |

Supercapacitor testing and management | Testing of electric double-layer capacitors for use in hybrid electric vehicles is regulated by the norm IEC 62576:2009. Supercapacitor testing procedures are developed for the potentiostat Autolab PGSTAT100 using MATLAB M-functions for analysis of the results. | |
Wound Manager
Wound characterization is important task in chronic wounds treatment, because changes of the wound size and tissue types are indicators of the healing progress. Wound Manager analyze digital wound image and based on learned tissue samples performs tissue classification. Implemented statistical pattern recognition algorithm classifies individual pixels of the wound image based on statistical distribution parameters learned from examples presented by medical expert. Results of the analysis contain the wound image represented in pseudo colors as well as percentage of tissue types within the wound area. Accompanied database stores all relevant wound information making possible qualitative and quantitative tracking of wound healing process, which gives the clinician necessary information to evaluate and adjust used therapy. |
